when will my order ship ?

All orders are hand made and packaged. Most times there will already be product in stock so once I receive your order in the system, I can ship on the next “Ship Day.” Ship days are every Monday and Thursday. You also have the option of local pickup if you can not wait on your order to be shipped.

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19….Processing times are 7-14 business days!! Business days do not include any form of weekends, holidays , personal and or federal holidays. Please note as well each product is handmade by ONE person, giving you a perfect product is my top priority! Please feel free to reach out with questions/inquires you have via email only!


What is the return policy?

Being that these are products that require my customers to use on their bodies, ALL PRODUCTS ARE NON RETURNABLE. The reason for this is because I cannot repackage “contaminated” shea butters and sell it to other customers. Once you have touched the product (because you will have to touch/feel it to get its full effect) its considered “contaminated.” I package all products with gloves and seal them to ensure they are protected. Once the seal is removed the product is now yours to keep. If there is a problem with your product(s) PLEASE EMAIL ME AND SEND PICTURES so that I am able to correct your concerns.


MY SHIPPING LABEL IS STUCK IN PRE- SHIPMENT…..

 Right after your order is placed , a confirmation of your order will be sent to your email, This DOES NOT mean your order has shipped that day. That means your order has began processing ; Once your order has been processed it will now head to the post office which can take 1-3 business days for the post office to update and scan. If you have any concerns once your shipping information has been processed, please feel free to email me so that way I can figure out where your products are.

NOTE: DUE TO COVID-19/USPS ISSUES PACKAGES ARE TAKING LONGER THAN NORMAL TO ARRIVE. ONCE YOUR PACKAGES ARRIVE AT THE POST OFFICE THEY SHOULD UPDATE TRACKING. DUE TO STAFF SHORTAGES/COVID THE POST OFFICE ALSO IS NOT UPDATING TRACKING AS FREQUENTLY. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH ME AS I AM ONLY ONE PERSON. FOLLOW UP EMAILS ARE WELCOMED AND ENCOURAGED FOR NOW.


I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS….HOW DO I FIX IT?

PLEASE EMAIL ME WITHIN 24HRS along with your name and the correct address. Unfortunately there will be a fee associated with address changes, I will also send an invoice with the fee included.
